A luxury villa situated on a private road, three minutes from the old town of Cancelada with its abundance of gourmet restaurants and cafes, overlooking the fairways of Los Flamingos Golf Course with extensive mountain and sea views. Set in a large, immaculate, mature garden the grounds offer an abundance of space with the tranquillity afforded to a property of this size, fully walled and with electric gates. The south east facing patios, equipped with BBQ over look the pool, terrace and lawns. With the introduction of the newly opened San Pedro tunnel Puerto Banus is eight minutes away while the beach in front of Cancelada and the Villa Padierna Hotel Beach Bar is no more than a few minutes drive. The Costa Del Sol appeal is endless, offering holidays to sun seekers with its endless stretches of beaches, warm seas and chiringitos; golfers and the dozens of choice golf courses, fishing, hiking, riding, mountain biking, cycling, skiing and an abundance of nightlife and simply relaxing.

“Don’t trust the owners”

Rented the house for celebrating our wedding. Everything went normal until the moment of returning back the deposit. The owner, Ted, started to play and cheat with us for months. We left the house pe… More

Owner's reply: I considered not responding to the above but felt compelled to mention the overwhelming five star reviews we receive from those who have enjoyed their stay at Villa Africa. Sadly there are those that cause damage to property and then feel umbrage when faced with costs. In this instance, not car oil marks but big stains of what can only be described as cooking oil was poured onto the driveway entrance in several places. This after a wedding ceremony and where caterers were involved. New tenants were due in the same afternoon as the departing "Angel". and my son in law immediately pointed out the problem to Angel who sought professioal cleaners at a later stage to attend to the stains. They could not remove the same. It was after this time that Angel began to deny that his party were responsible for the stains occurring in the first place!!! Many emails from myself to the same went unanswered and after months, at my expense, of working on the stains with detergents and cleaning compound the marks improved. People who have total disregard for others property and cannot be trusted are not welcome in any rented accomodation. This is no Angel!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Ted (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
