Cozy newly renovated 620 sq.f. waterfront cottage 7 min to Fenelon Falls. Two bedrooms (king bed that can be splitted to two twins in one bedroom, twin-over-twin Bunkie bed + 1 twin bed in other bedroom). 3 piece bathroom. Open concept kitchen, dining/living room with vaulted cedar plank ceiling and wood burning stove, two decks. Propane BBQ. Kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, dishes, pots and pans. Drinking water from the well is properly filtered. Fridge, Stove, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster. Air conditioner, 32” Flat screen TV, dvd player,

Great location for nature lovers. Very private 7 acres wooded lot with 600'shoreline. Fire Pit, lawn chairs. Mid-size soccer field. 30' dock, deep water shoreline, ideal for boating, swimming and fishing. 35 min boat ride to the beautiful Cameron Lake (10km/h speed limit on the river) which is a part of the Trent Severn Waterway. Trampoline, Kayak, Canoe and life jackets are available and included. Pet friendly.

Bring your boat or rent any type of boat or jet ski from the local marina.

Bring your mountain bike or ATV and explore Kawartha trails, accessible in minutes.

Getting around

The best way to explore the river is by canoe/kayak. If you rent boat or sea-doo from nearby Fenelon Falls marina then Cameron Lake is great for water sports, fishing, tubing. Cycling is great to explore the Victoria trail going to Fenelon Falls through woods and along Cameron lake shoreline.

Depending on arrival time I can either meet the guests and show around or leave the keys and written instructions about things they need to know. During the stay guests can get in touch by email/text/cell should they have any questions. I share the details about the property , things t to bring and most popular activities and info about this area with my guests prior to their arrival.

Owner's reply: Thank you for your feedback. The reported cleaning issues unacceptable and it was brought to attention of the professional cleaning service I am using to clean the cottage prior to guest arrival. Hope it will not happen again. Regarding firewood - it is plenty of dry logs on the property, should my guests called or texted me I would be more than happy to explain.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dimitry (the owner) a message.

If Dimitry (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
