The 1st-floor apartment is ideally situated within 100 metres of the main pool and poolside bar (when open,). The apartment comprises of two bedrooms, the main one being a double with a huge built-in wardrobe which houses the safe, bedroom two has two single beds, and a wardrobes. A fully tiled bathroom with shower and screen. Large living space which has an open plan kitchen, large fridge freezer, four burner hob and oven, dining area for six. The living room has a three piece suite, coffee table, television with satellite reception and over 250 channels and access to the large patio area. The main settee converts into a double bed. A large balcony to the front with patio table and chairs with Views over the Esen Valley and river. Each main room is air-conditioned with a wood burning fireplace in the living room to add extra warmth in the winter.

The Country Club is ideal for people who want to explore the real Turkey, walk in the country, eat locally, and meet the friendliest of people. It will suit families, couples and groups of people who desire the 'get away from it all' holiday. Ideal location for all you budding artists.

Everything you possibly want is within an hours drive away including para-gliding, white water rafting, jeep safaris, boat trips, scuba diving etc. Or you can choose to take it easy and explore the mountains and river or just relax by the pool. There is no pressure, just do what you want!

The apartment has been designed for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It has security locks on all doors and windows with a seven lever locking the front door. There is also a safe and lockable cupboard as well. Smoking is forbidden in the apartment but is acceptable on the balcony and take in the great views, as long as the patio doors are closed. Water is solar panel heated. Towels and bed linen are provided (long term rentals must wash bedding and towels as needed), (But Not Beach Towels). There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. We have tried our best to equip the apartment with everything that you would need for your holiday including games and books. The rest is down to you.

Bedroom one has a double bed with a built in wardrobe, dressing table, bedside cabinets and balcony.
Bedroom two has twin beds with adequate wardrobe space. The lounge has a double bed settee and can be used as an extra double bed.
Bathroom with WC, pedestal sink, shower and splash guard. Hot water is solar heated and works adequately throughout the year.
The kitchen is fully furnished with cupboards, work surfaces, fridge freezer, gas oven and 4 burner hob plus extractor fan, microwave, sink and drainer, washing machine. It is fully equipped with crockery, utensils, pots and pans, toaster, coffee machine.
The living room has a 3/4 seater bed settee and 2 chairs, coffee table, satellite television, DVD player, computer table with chair, patio doors which lead out on to the balcony with panoramic views. A fully working log fireplace for winter months.

Set in landscaped gardens, paved roads, a large communal swimming pool, kiddie's pool. The shop and restaurant on site are due to open late 2020, but as Seydikemer is so near this will give you the option of where to eat out. Everything you would need can be found in Seydikemer. There are cafe's popping up all over the place, the shops are so diverse from getting a top-up for a data card to a length of hose at any thickness you want. The Country Club is surrounded by a pine forest on three sides and is easily accessible for hikers. The river running through the valley is in front of the Club and is ideal for fly fishing. The forest will please those who prefer to keep active with hill walking or just a relaxing stroll.

We recommend that you hire a car as there is no direct Dolmus from Sahilceylan to Seydikemer or is very infrequent. There is a range of routes by Dolmus available from Seydikemer.

The apartment is great for four people but will stretch to six using the 3/4 sofa bed. You will be met at the apartment with the keys. There is a booklet which is full of do's and do not's, plus loads of things to do, places to go and the instructions for the washing machine.
