On the 5th floor of the promenade, a modern and comfortable apartment with sea, sky and mountains as the limit. The beach front apartment, accessible by lift, allows you to enjoy unforgettable moments. Perfect for families and small groups of people and just a short walk from Figueira da Foz's main attractions this place allow's you to contemplate the infinite blue of the Atlantic Ocean from the spacious balconies and enjoy one of Portugal's most charismatic beaches.

The apartment has a living room with aprox. 30m2 with dining and living areas, 2 balconies facing the open sea, (where you can have your meals), a fully equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, microwave, exhauster, fridge and freezer as well as all the equipment necessary for a confortable stay for 6.

There is a suite with a king size bed, a bedroom with double bed with access to a balcony and another with two single beds and private bathroom. All rooms have natural light and closet.

The apartment also has central heating and double glazing. The rooms pavement is on real natural oak and the bathroom's walls and floor are in natural limestone. Living room and kitchen pavement is also on natural limestone.

This is a special place for its location, its central position on the bay where you just have to cross the street to get to the beach. You will not need a car to spend a couple of day's vacation. From there you can walk south to the traditional market or the marina, or north starting a beautiful walk into the mountain.

Figueira da Foz, also known as Clarity Beach is a vibrant city, that offers plenty of cultural events not only during the summer season, but all year long as well. Surf conditions are normally great and the gastronomy festivals are a treat for the palat.

Recently, Figueira has been welcoming many music festivals, of which the Somnii Sunset is the most popular. The casino is also a great option for those seeking entertainment. Nightlife is very animated, with its street bars and discotheques.
