Imagine a fun-filled, family resort that offers everything from a peaceful pontoon boat excursion to an all-season indoor water park. Holiday Inn Club Vacations Villages Resort, on the shores of Lake Palestine, offers visitors an abundance of fun activities and indulgent pleasures. The marina offers watercraft rentals, boat slips, and launch ramps. The resort features 4 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, sauna, a snack bar, tennis on lighted courts, volleyball, mini golf, basketball, horseback riding (additional fees apply), and more. The Activity Center includes pool tables, video arcade, movie theater, exercise equipment. At the Villages Resort, you will always find something to do, whether it's renting a movie, or for a fee enjoying the on-site 19,000 square foot indoor water park. For your convenience, the resort offers laundry facilities, barbecue and picnic areas, country store, and limited Wi-Fi access.

The reservation is made under MY NAME (which I'll provide at the time of booking), and you are listed as our GUEST. This is because we are the owners of this timeshare deed and cannot allow anyone else to use our cabin without first personally checking-in. Please be aware: if you attempt to check-in under any other name, guest services will not be able to find you in their system and our guests will be turned away.

The indoor water park (located at the Villages Resort) is open to the public every day during the summer. So no matter which resort you stay in, you will have access to this amenity. There is an admission fee (usually $17 per person).

Getting around

The resort is located in a remote area outside of the Tyler area, and most of our guests usually take a road trip to get to our property. So it is recommended that all guests have their own transportation.

Interaction with guest

We will usually be available on the property the first few hours of your stay. If there is a late arrival, we will leave the room keys with guest relations. Keys will be left at the security post, if guest relations is closed. We make sure to leave a pamphlet in each cabin, which lists contact information for security and guest relations, our Wi-Fi password, your parking passes, and all activities available on (and off) the property during your stay. We are always available by phone and email. However, if there is a need for more immediate assistance, please contact guest relations or after-hours security.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Ishshah (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
