Description

Small tourist complex divided into cottages, just 500 metres from the sea.

The apartments are all located on the first floor, except one, all have a splendid terrace overlooking the sea or pine forest.

The apartment is composed as follows: terrace, closed with wooden gate, equipped with: table, chairs, parasol, BBQ, tub/ceramic basin with hot and cold water;

bedroom with double bed, bedroom with double bed or double bed, living room with kitchenette, plus a sofa bed always double;

solid wood frames with shutters all have mosquito nets;

all rooms are air-conditioned;

the furnishings are all handcrafted, natural wood;

the House of 65mq, is equipped with every necessary to host No. 5 +1 people;

There is a storage room, bicycle storage under the stairs or something else;

reserved car parking.

The village is located approximately 500 meters from the sea which is accessed easily by crossing the old Aurelia. The nearby coast offers the possibility to use free or equipped beach lidos.

Always on the theme of the sea and beaches, Follonica is an ideal starting point for beautiful and famous tourist destinations such as Massa Marittima, Punta Ala, Castiglione della Pescaia, Populonia, Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, Monte Argentario and Islands of the Tuscan Archipelago, reachable also with beautiful sea trips, first of all the island of Elba, Montecristo and Giglio

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If MAVE SRL (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
