Description

Caters to families, is located in a quiet location 200 meters from the beach and offers its guests apartments with one or two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette and fridge, bathroom with shower and bidet. All apartments have a balcony or terrace or balcony with table and chairs. The park is designed to allow children to play freely and they dedicated the green area. The pool offers a large terrace with loungers. These air-conditioned attic apartments are located on the second floor of the building with access via exterior stairs and offer a small terrace with table and chairs with views of the surroundings. A master bedroom with a large wardrobe and a double room comfortably accommodate four people, who have access to the living room with kitchenette equipped with utensils, crockery and refrigerator and bathroom with shower and bidet.

The bus stop is at 200 meters, while during the summer the shuttle train to the center stops about 50 meters from the residence.

Interaction with guest

The reception is at guests' disposal in the timetables on display and can be contacted for any emergency. Guests have exclusive access to their apartment and benefit from all the services of the residence, with access to the pool, barbecue area, garden and area dedicated to children. The laundry room is available to guests and the chips are sold at the reception.

Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 and check-out is available until 10:00. Different times are to be agreed in advance with the reception. The small animals are allowed on request with a daily charge of € 7,00 per pet. The kitchen, the furnishings and the refrigerator must be left clean on departure and garbage removed from the apartment.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Luca (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
