Description

Nyagärde ': the property is located approximately six miles north of the famous Swedish holiday area at the Lake 'Bolmen' (South Swedish Lakeland) in 'Småland', appreciate a paradise for people, nature and relaxation. .

The Court itself is relatively lonely in the middle of a large forest GE­bietes on a 0.8-acre meadow. He has a House and two outbuildings. The farmstead was originally the parental estate of a Großgrund­besitzers of this area.

There are 5 km from here to the nearest shops or the gas station, 20 km to the nearest town (Värnamo).

The House is built in the unit style of Swedish farmhouses (wood construction by type of Pippi Longstocking Idyll) and has two floors. On the ground floor, two living rooms and a kitchen equipped with all necessary with great Grandma stove are (wood abound in the surrounding area). The stove or Grill is recommended for cooking. In the underlying basement of dining, supplies store cool even in summer. There are refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher. On the ground floor you will find a shower with hot water and a toilet.

The master bedroom and two children's rooms are on the first floor. With French bed with parents and three other beds in the children's rooms, which can also be used by adults. Also located on the first floor, a closet, as 'walk-in closet'.

The House has a separate water supply, electricity and telephone, to a hot water heater, which can be operated either with firewood or electrically.

The surroundings of the courtyard is ideal for children, for there is much to discover in the surrounding area. But, the environment is ideal for every adult nature lovers, who can feel comfortable in a pristine landscape. Here you can really endless hiking, cycling or easy mushroom picking (I found PFIF­ferlinge as inexperienced collectors right off the bat). At our Lake can be seen herons, geese, and other rare birds while fishing, etc.

The area is very said. Certainly are many deer, Moose also see rabbits and maybe even Badgers (evening).

There two wheels available, are to undertake excursions in the surrounding area to a small wheel for a child. There is also a rubber boat for fishing and bathing...
