Only a few minutes walk from the beach of the popular Weissensee, in a quiet residential area, lies this spacious non-smoking apartment. It is located in a very beautiful and sunny location from which you have shortest paths in the beautiful nature for cycling, hiking, swimming and much more. Here you can expect pure joie de vivre in one of the most beautiful holiday and leisure regions Germany has to offer. The apartment offers plenty of space for your individual holiday in beautiful surroundings. Switch off and come back to everyday life. The house is a 10-minute walk from Lake Weissensee and is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. Our spacious, approximately 84sqm apartment is equipped with: 2 bedrooms (1x double beds, 1x2 bunk bed + 1 bed), cot, high chair; Shower, separate toilet; spacious kitchen, electric stove with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster; spacious living room with cable TV, CD player, DVD player, WLAN, telephone + fax; large balcony; Washing machine in the house; 2x bicycle; Sheets and towels are included in the price. Car garage + parking space at the house.

House rules

Standard arrival between 14:00 and 17:00 o'clock. The keys must be picked up at the Alpenland agency in Hopfen am See and returned at the end of the stay. After 17:00, a key vault can be used, which must be arranged with the agency beforehand. Departure until 10:00. It is a non-smoking apartment and therefore there is no smoking. In case of infringement, a special cleaning fee of 250 € will be charged.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
