Description

Townhouse Laranja is a modern three bedroom linked villa on a small complex of villas and apartments. Situated very close to the communal pool area. Upon entering the front door the villa opens up into a very pleasant and spacious open plan living space.

The ground floor consists of a large dining table to seat six and two very comfortable sofas one looking out onto the garden. Here you will also find a flat screen television offering European channels.

Large french windows run the length of the villa and open onto a small garden that looks towards the swimming pool complex and the sea.

The kitchen is very well equipped with a full size fridge freezer, oven and a four ring hob. There is also a microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine along with a dishwasher and washing machine.

Also on the ground floor is one twin room with single beds, plenty of wardrobe space and air conditioning. There is shared bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet, bidet and basin.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with huge french windows opening onto a small terrace with a table and chairs. The bed is kingsize and there are bedside tables, plenty of wardrobe space and air conditioning. The en suite bathroom has a full size bath, shower basin, toilet and bidet.

The third bedroom has a double bed, again with wardrobes and air con, the ensuite bathroom has a walkin shower, toilet and basin. French windows lead out onto a terrace and then give access to the roof terrace. Here you will be blessed with amazing sea views. The jacuzzi is also situated on the roof terrace and again gives great views to the island of Fuseta. You will also find some sun loungers and a table and chairs.

Townhouse Jasmine is also has the added extra of access to the swimming pool complex where you will find two swimming pools, one large one at ground floor lever, perfect for families and children and another plunge pool at first floor level with a cascade into the bottom pool and an infinity effect. This location is more suited to couples, families and people who may wish for a little tranquility.

The leisure centre offers wifi, refreshments and a library along with beauty treatments at an extra cost. There you will also find plenty of sun loungers and parasols for your comfort. the complex is only open to residents of Fuseta Ria Resort.

The Resort is on the outskirts of the fishing village for Fuseta and is about a 10 to 15 minute reasonably flat walk through housing estates and non busy roads to the village centre.

The house has wifi with hard wired internet and the rental includes all bed linen and towels.

Getting around

The train stations isnearby. It is also easy to call a taxis and there are some numbers in our welcome book. Uber is also now quite popular in Fuseta.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
