Located within a fantastic central location, just at the back of the heart of Gaios, three minute walk to the centre of the village, and only five minutes to the local beach, this ground floor apartment is ideal for those wishing to be close to experience village life, without needing a hire car. The property's traditional and warm touches have been complimented with modern bedrooms, promising a relaxing, stress-free, self-catering holiday. A pretty covered terrace off the lounge houses the large dining table, ideal for alfresco meals out of the midday sun, whilst down some steps, guests will find a lovely suntrap patio area complete with table and chairs and surrounded by flowers. This is the place to be for a cold drink and a good book!

Due to the apartments unique village location, vehicle access to property itself is restricted, and for those wishing to hire a car, the parking area is located within the village's central parking area around 250m from the property.
