Come enjoy a relaxing getaway at this 2 bedroom, 2 bath direct lakefront condo! Not all units at Lake Erie Vista have this view! This condo is a first floor, second level unit with over 1,250 square feet, so you will have plenty of space during your stay. Relax on the covered patio while you view the beautiful sunsets and listen to the waves. Or spend time at the large private beach, fishing on the pier, swimming in the private indoor pool, or working out with a view of the indoor pool and private beach. There is so much to enjoy here! There are only 47 condos in this facility and most of them are primary residential homes. There is secure entry into the building and condo unit. This unit features high end amenities for your comfort.• Large great room with leather furniture, plasma TV, and fireplace. • Formal dining room seats 6.• Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar that seats 2, and a built in wine bar.• Many closets, hardwood floors and a full size laundry room.• Master bedroom has a king size bed, plasma TV, and relaxing mood LED lighting integrated into the crown modeling. • The second bedroom has a queen bed and plasma TV. • There is an Italian Contempo tiled vertical spa shower (6 shower heads) in the master bath and an air jet tub in the hall bath. • Free wi-fi at the condo and common areas. All bedding, towels, and dishes/cookware/utensils/glassware are provided.This is great location if you desire to visit the famous Geneva-on-the-Lake strip, The Geneva State Park Marina or many of the area wineries. We are 1 mile east of the strip, local limo or taxi services are available. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old (excluding your children) which must be verified with a photo ID before room access instructions will be released. Check-in is 3 pm, check-out is 11 am.

How do damage deposits work?
