This vintage victorian home, built in 1901, was transformed in 2008 to a modern home with top end quality finishes. Charm is captured in its angles, high ceilings and design. The first floor contains the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, and half bathroom. Guests can use the whole house, hot tub, patio and shade pavilion. The bedrooms, lounging room, full bathroom and office are located upstairs. The bedrooms offer small refrigerators, flat-screen TV's, and DVD players. Bathrobes and hot tub towels are also available for guests who want to relax in the eight person spa. The lounging room also has a microwave oven. WIFI is free. Need something to read? There is a community book exchange, too. The Parsonage is located only four houses to Gig Harbor Bay and downtown central where there are lots of quaint shops, restaurants, a museum, art galleries, wine bars, walking trails, and boat and paddle board and kayak rentals. An authentic Italian gondola ride is available on Gig Harbor Bay in the summer. The community offers free use of life jackets, too. Within an hour's drive, you will find a classic car museum, wildlife up close and personal, theme park and water slides, Olympia-Washington's capital city, Seattle and Pike's Place Market, tennis, ice skating, harbor tours, Chihuly's famous glass art, Pt. Defiance Park and Zoo, golf courses too numerous to count, and much more! Come visit! With lots of room to move about, The Parsonage will be your home, away from home!
