Guests can enjoy a 30m2 private terrace with chill-out area and barbecue. exterior apartment, fully renovated and tastefully furnished. The accommodation "The result of a long and careful renovation of one of the most iconic buildings in the city, come these apartments, a dream come true in the heart of the city. Comfortable, spacious and impeccably furnished, this apartment is in a traditional farm of the old town of Girona in the Plaza Catalunya, the heart of the city. Completely refurbished to offer all the comforts of architecture and current design has a modern open kitchen with high end appliances and all necessary elements. the living room combines the charm of stone with wooden floors, a comfortable sofa that transforms into a full bed with mattress of 160cm, a TV with SmartTV and a luxurious glass table. from the lounge there is access to a lovely balcony overlooking the entire square, the river Onyar with its colorful houses, the whole "" Barri Vell "" and the imposing Cathedral and St. Fél ix. The three double bedrooms have access to the patio with barbecue and "chill out" and overlooking a garden, something very unprecedented in the center of Girona. Each of the bedrooms has two single beds with mattresses, pillows and linens high end. The three bathrooms are well kept, with colorful tiled floors and hydraulic cozy and spacious showers. One of the three, has a bathtub. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with Air Conditioning and Heating in all areas and has free high-speed circuit maximum security. The charm of stone and roofs, combining the old with the modern comfort, the superb location, light and decor make these apartments a jewel in the heart of Girona. "
