Description

​Open concept 2-bdrm fully furnished chalet sleeps 4-6 (8-10 if including lower level). Main level features master bedroom with powder room and two-person Jacuzzi tub with water view. Loft has single bed and small deck.. Main floor has a spacious second bedroom with a double bed. Additional bathroom with shower on main floor. Trout/salmon fishing nearby (trout also from base of property), private beach when tide out, 1/2 hour from Gander Int'l Airport and 5 minutes from Terra Nova National Park.

New 2017-for an additional fee (note: this fee includes accommodations for 2 more guests before the 'additional fee per person' policy becomes effective) you can also have access to the newly renovated walk-out lower-level featuring several large windows; another spacious bedroom with a dresser and double bed; Futon that sleeps 2; additional toilet; (Smart) TV-Netflix/You tube and more; Blu-ray player and small DVD library; separate sitting/reading area; functional bar (stocked with glasses, etc., bring your own refreshments) and private patio with furniture looking out over the Bay. NOTE: the lower level is ONLY rented as additional space to the guest renting the main chalet and will NOT be rented to a different guest. At the request of our guests, this area was developed to accommodate larger families vacationing together; bridal parties, etc.

Why can't I call Anthony (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anthony (the owner) a message.

If Anthony (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
