Description

This recently refurbished villa offers great privacy to those who visit it. Inside it has all the ingredients for a relaxing holiday and a well-kept outside, barbecue and leisure areas take advantage of the majestic views over the Atlantic Ocean.

There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and the configuration is as follow:

 1st floor – Bedroom with king-size and a private bathroom;

 Ground Floor – Bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with bathtub;

 Ground Floor – Bedrooms with 2 single beds and a shared bathroom;

 Ground Floor – Bedrooms with 2 single beds and a shared bathroom;

 Ground Floor – WC;

All the bedrooms have air conditioning;

The kitchen is modern and is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for your stay, has an island with lots of storage space and bar stools.

The dining room has a large table and chairs for 8 people, direct access to the front and back garden and to the laundry room, equipped with washer and dryer.

The living room is just next to the dining area, in the same open plan space, quite warm and welcoming due to the fireplace, the sofas and armchairs with a capacity to seat 8 people, flat screen TV (with satellite channels), DVD, stereo system and Wi-Fi. It has a large sliding door that provides direct access to the BBQ, the garden, the pool and magnificent views.

The whole plot is fenced by walls and hedges. On the terrace that runs along the bedrooms and the living room there’s a gas BBQ and an outdoor table with 8 chairs, protected from the sun by a shade sail to allow outdoor meals even during the day, always picturing a splendid view come night or day.

Down by the lawn and at the edge of the plot is the swimming pool, 1.40m deep, 6.50 meters long and 3.50 meters wide, surrounded by bushes and also sharing the view with the rest of the house.

The area where the house is inserted in very quiet and parking outside is not a problem.

“Excellent stay”

We stayed in villa vista 18-25 October and it was lovely the villa was amazing so big and spacious! We couldn't find bbq equipment but that was no bother, and it was a bit cold in the villa at night we couldn't find how to work the heating. It was a bit damp on the last night as it had rained all day! But we didn't feel the need to call anyone as we were fine! We would definitely come and stay again! The kids loved the pool! The views were amazing!! Overall it made our holiday just perfect!

“Good villa-shame about issues in first week”

Booked to stay for 12 days assuming details on website correct- only 6 sun loungers despite villa sleeping 8 & website stating 8. When asked for 1 more told details actually said 4!This meant whole party couldn't be on sun loungers together. Despite promise of visit to explain housekeeping etc never happened. BBQ had 2 empty gas bottles- had to ask for new ones. No instructions for fridge/freezer in villa so when freezer stopped working despite asking for instructions technician sent 4 hours later who advised turned too high - all food had to be thrown & mgt company refused to refund/replace saying it was one of our party's fault. Maid service not as advertised and after advising company was told they were in a tight schedule! In summary - lovely villa and views but poor service from mgt company - they did respond to emails/texts but whole point of holiday is to relax not spend first 5 days resolving problems Good to see website has now been changed to say 6 sun loungers after our feedback. We wouldn't return to this villa as a result .

Response from the manager Sorry for your "poor" experience but although we try to please everyone sometimes it is just not possible. The few problems that existed were sort of created by your party. I wish you better luck with your holiday next time.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
