Welcome to the 5 star Coyote Crossing Estate located in the quiet and upscale 'Retreat' community of Estrella Mountain Ranch!

Comfort and luxury awaits! Spacious and private 3000 sq. ft resort style home with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths located in the resort-style Estrella community of Goodyear, Arizona.

This brand-new custom built and newly furnished executive style home is guaranteed to be your home-away-from-home during your stay in the Phoenix area! Boasts roomy 10' ceilings throughout - except for the large 16' turret entrance. Spacious open concept great room is the heart of the home, with 4 private bedroom spaces to ensure guest comfort. Turret entrance and arched hallway adds interest and character. Great for families or several couples - as everyone will have their own private space to spread out, relax and enjoy.

Our home is located in the quiet, tranquil location of the 'Retreat' area of Estrella Mountain Ranch with wide-open 'green' spaces both in front of, as well as behind, the home on over a 1/2 acre lot. Our professionally landscaped private back yard features a heated pool and an in-ground spa with expansive desert and mountain views. The pool has a pebble tech finish, colored lighting at night, and a waterfall feature. Fire up the BBQ in the newly constructed 'L' shaped island that features a fridge, searing, and side burners, and a large grill while you watch the kids play in the pool, or have a glass of wine while enjoying the amazing sunset over the Estrella Mountains. Outdoor dining table is placed comfortably under a covered deck right outside the kitchen, as well as adjacent to the outdoor kitchen, accessible via a sliding patio door. Barstools around the outdoor kitchen provide additional seating spaces. Relax and enjoy!

House rules

This is a very quiet neighbourhood and we can not have any loud guests, or parties. We are renting only to mature guests that are at least 25 years of age. Pets are absolutely not allowed due to owners and potential guests allergies. Smoking is only allowed outside and a large sand bucket is provided.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Roger (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
