Main House

Summer Tides is a tastefully furnished, spacious 4 bedroom vacation home situated on the Mountain side of Gordon's Bay. The main living areas and patio boasts mesmerizing views with panoramic vistas over False Bay. On a clear day you can see Table Mountain and Simon's Town in the distance, as well as the majestic Hottentots Holland Mountain range. And once the sun has gone down in all its magnificent African splendor, the romantic night lights over the Helderberg continue the magic.

Built on two levels, this home offers space and comfort for large families and groups of friends in search of a stress free getaway.

The top floor consist of a Beach Themed lounge with Big screen TV, indoor fire place and plenty of comfy couches. Its sliding doors open onto the undercover balcony, providing the perfect back-drop for entertainment and meals with a view and Weber barbecues amidst unforgettable ocean sunsets. The dining area is adjacent to the spacious modern kitchen, also with sliding doors opening onto the same spectacular view and balcony.

The master bedroom is simply wonderful; it has a large full en- suite with oval bath tub, shower and a walk in wardrobe. This room is fitted with big corner windows overlooking the whole of False Bay.

Down stairs you will find 3 well-furnished bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, shower, basin and toilet. This home sleeps 10 people in total at the cost listed.

For larger groups or families there are a further three, separate rooms on the property that can be rented out separately (Additional fee). They can be rented out as a whole to one large group for 17-18 people or separate as listed for smaller groups from 10 or 2 or even a small family of 3.

The Honeymoon (Additional cost )

This room is romantic and private with an en -suite bathroom and kitchenette counter – housing a fridge, kettle, microwave and coffee making facilities. This suite can be rented out separately and sleeps 2 people.

The entire house with the Honeymoon Suite added, sleeps 12 guests as it can be opened up via the interlinked door to the Main House, please bear in mind that this is a additional cost to the Main house.

Poolside (Additional cost )

The Pool Side is perfectly nestled in the corner of our beautiful tropical garden overlooking the pool and ocean beyond. Peacefully quiet moments can be enjoyed on your private patio while gazing out at a endless view stretching across the bay to Table Mountain and The Cape of Good Hope in the distance.

The suite offers a Queen size Bed with quality linens and a fully equipped self catering kitchen. Views can be enjoyed from the comfort of your bed. Long hot baths await you in our spacious en-suite bathroom. We offer off street parking on the property and a weber braai on the patio.

This unit sleeps an additional 2 people

Africa (Additional cost to Main House)

This has its own entrance and patio. Private parking at your front door and direct access to the garden and pool. The unit is fully equipped for self-catering and decorated in a subtle African theme. It has a small veranda for some sea breeze and magnificent views. Spacious bedroom with en-suite and plenty of wardrobes – ideal for a couple The lounge also has a sleeper couch that a third person can sleep, and a pull out bed for an extra person should this be necessary.

This apartment is suitable for a small family of three. A fourth person can sleep in this unit should it be required.

A Swimming pool can be found in the beautiful leafy Garden, where children and grownups are promised endless family fun.
