Superior Beachfront Cottages invites families and friends to experience Lake Superior on a private beach situated 30 minutes from Sault Ste. Marie, ON. Whether you are planning a family vacation or a getaway with friends, you are sure to be pleased with Superior Beachfront Cottages.

A large three bedroom cottage that overlooks the beautiful beach. This clean, spacious and smoke-free cottage sleeps up 8 people. The master bedroom contains a queen size bed, double closets with direct access to the main bathroom. The master bedroom also contains a crib. The bathroom contains a large storage closet along with a shower/tub. There are two additional bedrooms. One spare bedroom contains a single bed. The other spare bedroom contains a bunk bed with a double mattress on the bottom and a single on top. The living room has a queen size futon that can sleep an additional two people if required. Guest must bring their own linens and towels. Comforters and pillows provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. This cottage also contains a new washer and dryer. The outdoor living space contains a large deck that overlooks the beachfront property. You can enjoy the sunsets by sitting and relaxing on the deck. At the end of the deck, there is an enclosed sand pit for the little ones to enjoy.

The cottage is open concept with cathedral ceilings. It is great for entertaining as it is spacious and has plenty of seating. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV and Satellite, games and books.

This property also provides guests with a BONUS loft. The loft is a one bedroom style cottage that sleeps up to 5 people. The Loft can be also booked at an additional cost. If you would like to book the loft as well, please advise when booking. Please note that the loft is unavailable during the winter months.

The loft's bedroom has one double bed with a small couch that can sleep an additional person. In the living room, there is a futon that can sleep an additional two people.

The loft kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, Culligan water dispenser and microwave. The loft also includes Satellite TV, DVD Player, books & games.

There is storage shed on the property that everyone can enjoy sand toys, beach toys, life jackets, etc. There is a paddle boat, BBQ, picnic table and two campfires on the property. The beach is shallow therefore leaving it safe for children to play in. Guests have been able to enjoy fishing off of rocks in front of the property!

This beachfront property provides our guests with complete privacy, two cottages that can sleep up to 13 people + baby and stunning sunsets. A great vacation getaway for families directly on Lake Superior. Come enjoy the wilderness and relax!

During our peak season (July and August), the cottage and the loft are rented together which is reflected in the price. All other months, the loft can be rented as an option to our guest for an additional cost. During our peak season (July and August), we only take Saturday to Saturday bookings. During our low seasons, we are open to a minimum of a two night stay.

Owner's reply: Thank you for your feedback Julie. In May 2018, we installed a new water system costing over $4000 however the water remained an issue. Unfortunately, we’ve had issues regarding service and follow up from this company. The water system will be dealt with from another company now. I am sorry for any inconvenience.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jacob (the owner) a message.

If Jacob (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
