The specific advantages of our location: * Located 5 km from Grado * Located 25 km from Oviedo (By the motorway) * Located 30 km from the beautiful beaches of Biscay. * Located 35 km from Asturias Airport. (Ranón). * Our rooms: Spacious, rustic and comfortable. LCG has 7 carefully decorated rooms with a total capacity for 14 people, distributed as follows: 1- Double room with King size bed 180 cm, TV and DVD 2 double rooms with beds of 150 and 135 cm. One with TV 1 Double room with beds 105cm. TV 3 Double rooms with beds of 90 cm. (2 with TV) All of them dressed with duvet bedding, blankets and complimentary bathrobe. There is a possibility to expand capacity with 2 extra beds and 1 sofa bed for 2 people. * OTHER STAYS: other rooms. comfortable spacious and cozy We have the following rooms: * outdoor porch with wonderful views and barbecue. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
