Andavine House B & B is located 3 minutes from the Gwydir and Pacific highways (with no road noise or traffic). We offer a private and secure air-conditioned one bedroom 4-room suite with peaceful balcony views of the Clarence Valley. Breakfast, WiFi (excellent), parking and Foxtel are included in tariff.

 Maximum capacity: 4 persons

 One queen-bed bedroom with TV

One double-bed size sofa-bed in your loungeroom

 Lounge/dining room with flat-screen TV, DVD/CD players with books,

CD's and DVD libraries

4-seater dining suite.

Getting around

Grafton Rail station - 1.2kms and 5 minutes from Andavine House B & B. We would be happy to shuttle you to/from station, with 48 hours notice please. By car: 5 minutes to Grafton city centre, over the Clarence river bridge. Bus: Bus stop just 5 minute walk from B & B. Buses run every half hour during the week, and every hour on weekends and Public holidays. Walking: Grafton city centre is about a half hour to 45 minute walk (depending on fitness level), over the Clarence river bridge walkway. (You will witness the construction of the new Grafton bridge just 70 metres away to the east of the old bridge - Completion date: end 2018. There is a public bus service around the corner, that runs every 1/2 weekdays, and hourly on weekends.

Hi travelers. You have probably spent hours preparing for your journey, and driving towards your eventual destination. Upon your arrival at Andavine House Bed & Breakfast, David and I will be on hand to extend a warm welcome to you, to assist you with your luggage, and prepare afternoon tea for you to sit and relax with on your own private balcony which faces open fields, kangaroos (sometimes) and sunsets. We, the owners, live-in, so we are here to assist with any requests (within reason) or assistance if required. . Activities: Cycling, day trips to National Parks, Regional Art Gallery, many and various sporting events and festivals. Jacaranda Festival, boating, golfing, fishing, nature walks, swimming, beach trips and more.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anne (the owner) a message.

If Anne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
