Two storey family home in private community. Living room with flat screen TV, fireplace, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, microwave. Two full Bathrooms. Recreation room with second fireplace, TV and playstation. Second bedroom with Queen Bed. Third Bedroom Double lower bunk and upper single-this room sleeps 3

Full laundry facilities. Washer and Dryer. Massive wrap around deck with lots of dining areas, seating and great views of the lake and wonderful sunsets.

Beach chairs, Paddle Boards, Beach umbrellas, toys, bicycles all available for use.

Fire pit for night time bon fires. (subject to FIre Regulations of season)-wood on site

Beach is white soft sand and literally 3 minutes door to shore. water is great for little ones as very shallow at beach edge and a gradual incline.

Weekend, Week rentals available.

Getting around

You can drive and parking is generally available however in summer paying is required. No parking on SHORELINE DRIVE anywhere! Also no parking in lot across from cottage. You can walk downtown approx 20 min You can walk to the pier and restaurant, fish restaurant and boat launch 10 min. Bicycles are available and utilized everywhere. There is also a Grand Bend Taxi service

Interaction with guest

We generally meet first time renters. A cleaning company will clean prior to your arrival and again once you leave. There is a full book providing local highlights, restaurants, events etc. There is an alarm system on the property if you feel the need to use it.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
