Picture a relaxing week at the Grand Bend Riverfront Condo in Grand Bend Ontario, sitting by the pool and exploring the many exciting amenities this beach town has to offer!

This freshly decorated upscale condo is a two flight walk up in a central river-front location that will spoil you! The large open concept main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area and living room with a large screen TV and patio doors leading onto the balcony with an amazing view of the Ausable River. Upstairs, you will find two large well-furnished bedrooms, both with wall mounted large screen TV's, as well as an office for that work you just could not leave behind!

Located on the Ausable River, the Grand Bend Riverfront Condo is a short walk from the Marina District with its great Restaurants, Art Galleries and Docks. Watch the boats sail up and down the river. Have a freshly caught fish dinner or just an ice cream cone. Grand Bend ’s south beach is just a quick stroll from there. Also within walking distance is Grand Bends Main Street, with its many Cafes, casual dining venues, shopping and vibrant nightlife.

Enjoying repeat custom and new guests alike, Grand Bend Riverfront Condo is one of the few vacation rentals in the area that includes fresh linens and towels for your stay.

Once you've arrived, parked your car in the designated parking spot and settled in, you may see the sights on foot to take in the beauty of the surrounding area. The beach is minutes away, the shops are close by and the patios are inviting you to sit and take it all in. You may use your car to pick up some supplies, or visit the nearby tourist towns such as Bayfield, Goderich, Sarnia.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lee & Jeannette (the owner) a message.

If Lee & Jeannette (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
