Grohote is a village in Croatia on the island of Šolta.Grohote is the oldest and largest village of the island. It is the economic center of Šolta. It is the seat of the administration and school location. There is a farmers market, two supermarkets, a pharmacy, post office, a permanently staffed fire station and an island hospital doctor and helicopter landing pad.Our vintage and comfortable house with its own olive tree plantage has a true country feeling!It comfortably fits six plus one and is centrally located in a quiet neighbourhood,just 2min. from center.Enjoy Croatian cuisine in nearby restaurants.House has 100m2 inside and outside 300m2 of garden.Three steps lead you inside house to a hallway,on the right side are three bedrooms next to each other.In front from hallway is bathroom, left going to the kitchen which is connected with a big living room .Bathroom has washing machine, wardrobe for towels,shampoo...Kitchen is fitted with big fridge,dishwasher,cupboards(plates,glasses,pots,pans,kitchen Aircondition is located on the wall in the kitchen so it can easily cool the whole house.Living room has a three seated couch,two sofas,a round table and six chairs and satelite tv,wi-fi internet.

Outside is sheded terrace with tables and chairs for eating and lounge(hammock).

There is a farmers market, two supermarkets, a pharmacy, post office, a permanently staffed fire station and an island hospital doctor and helicopter landing pad.

Interaction with guest

Every time my guests arrive i wait for them in front of ferry and take them to the house,explain every detail along the way,and when we arrive tell them what they need to know about house and getting around island.We live on the premises next to the house.Provide them everything they need,they can always call if they need something and i'm not there. Go out together if they are up to.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Danijela (the owner) a message.

If Danijela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
