Description

Bienvenue dans cet ancien corps de ferme (en pierres) d'une centaine de mètres carrés, sur deux niveaux, avec un parc arboré d'environ 2 000 m2 à l'arrière.

En pleine campagne, dans un petit village au calme, la maison est située à 5 km du bourg, et à 7 km des plages (Guidel Plage, le Bort Bloqué, ...). La Laïta (à la frontière entre le Morbihan et le Finistère) est à 500 mètres de la maison, et offre d'agréables randonnées.

La maison comprend :

- 1 grande salle de séjour/salon

- 1 grande cuisine où manger

- 2 chambres à l'étage

- 2 salles d'eau

- 2 wc

Sa capacité d'accueil est de 5 personnes maximum.

Les draps sont fournis. Prévoir les serviettes et gants.

La location se fait à la semaine (du samedi au samedi).

La région dispose de :

- 2 golfs (dont un en front de mer)

- 1 centre hippique

- 2 écoles de voile

Quelques idées pour rayonner alentour :

- A Lorient (situé à 15 km) : la cité de la voile, le festival interceltique.

- A Pont Scorff (situé à 10 km) : le zoo, les ateliers d'art.

- A Doélan (situé à 14 km) et son joli port ainsi que les randonnées pédestres à faire le long de la cote sauvage.

- A Pont Aven (situé à 30 km) et ses galeries d'art (là où Gauguin a effectué de nombreux séjours).

- A Concarneau (situé à 45 km), Carnac et ses ménhirs (situé à 56 km), Quiberon et sa presqu'île (situé à 70 km).

Et pour une escapade sur une île, à la journée :

1) Groix (50 mn de traversée en bateau). Les départs se font de l'embarcadère de Lorient.

2) Belle Ile en mer, Houat ou Hoedic. Les départs se font de l'embarcadère de Quiberon.

How do damage deposits work?
