Pet Friendly, Beach, Pier on the Bay, Pool Side

Welcome to the Lazy Lizard! The Lay Lizard is a new beach house in Bay to Breakers on the Fort Morgan peninsula of Gulf Shores. If you like peace & quiet when you are on vacation, then this is the place for you. The beach at the end of the boardwalk is private to our Bay to Breakers Community.

The large Saline pool and kiddie pool is just steps away. This is community pool but i have never seen more than a family of 4 in it, so there are no crowds out here, just beauty and peace to enjoy.

The Lazy Lizard offers 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths!

BEDROOM #1: MASTER KING SUITE (downstairs) private bath, with a flat screen TV and private deck that opens off the master with a view of the pool and gulf.

BEDROOM #2: (upstairs) offers queen bed, bunk beds(2 twins) and a flat screen tv

BEDROOM #3: (upstairs) offers full size bed and flatscreen tv

BEDROOM #4: (upstairs) offer 2 twin beds and flatscreen tv.

There is a large bath with dual vanities located upstairs as well as a large sun deck for sunning, reading or just relaxing!

There is a large living area with a flat screen TV, and kitchen/dining combo all open with the living area and french doors leading out to a covered/screened porch for dining and relaxing while enjoying the view and the constant breeze between the gulf and the bay. There is a queen sofa sleeper In the main living area as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.

The swimming pool is 20 feet from the bottom of the stairs, and the beach is a 500 walk to the boardwalk If you get tired of the beach and pool we also have deeded access to the pier into the bay across the street so you can go fishing or take your lawn chair and sit and watch the sunset. We have added a fire pit to the back yard so you can sit out by a fire and enjoy the evening breeze.

Underneath the house is ample parking and a place for grilling or having a shrimp boil. Well behaved dogs are welcome for a pet fee and must remain on a leash whenever they are off of our property, but the Fort Morgan beach is the only beach in Gulf Shores that allows your dog actually on the beach with you to play.

The construction of the Lazy Lizard was completed in 2013 and everything is shiny and new. We have hired a professional management company for the house so that any needs that might arise during your stay are tended to promptly.**** ADDITIONAL PET FEE'S IF YOU BRING YOUR DOG!************* $65/under 30 lbs $120/over 30lbs

How do damage deposits work?
