Travelers looking for the most central Gulf Shores location, where driving isn’t necessary after arrival, this efficiency condo suited for two guests is surrounded by restaurants, stores and beaches, is one to consider! Located directly across from the Gulf beaches and the famous Gulf Shores “Hangout” and Pink Pony Pub, this location offers the most ideal proximity to all Gulf Shores attractions, all within a short walk.

The owners have renovated the small condo to offer updated furniture and fixtures decorating and supplying all the most common needs for short term lodging for a couple. The unit is supplied with a coffee maker, coffee, refrigerator, two burner hot plate, microwave, light cooking and eating utensils, hair dryer, iron, towels, bath soap & shampoo.

Getting around

Once checked into the Beachview getting around is completed, a car is no longer needed to get to the beach, the restraints, amusement parks, stores and bars. Everything you need is within an easy walking distance.

Interaction with guest

We make every effort to give area recommendations for venues, restaurants, interesting places to see and things to do while here. As a visitor it is vitally important to be given enough guidance on an unfamiliar area so as to not waste time while on vacation looking for things to do and great places to eat. We are a phone call away for any assistance needed and are always monitoring for any text messages.

House rules

Smoking and pets in the building are not allowed, strictly enforced by building security and would result in forfeiture of damage deposit. Minimum age to rent is 23, maximum occupation is 3 in the unit.
Check-in is anytime 4:00 PM or later, check-out is by 11:00 AM. The electronic key code will be sent by text or email.
Please remove trash when vacating and double check all room areas to ensure personal belongings are not forgotten.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Paul (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
