As you enter on to the first floor you'll be delighted at the open plan kitchen, living room and dining area, offering modern furnishings with a high degree of comfort. You'll notice the excellent workmanship of the fully fitted kitchen, the high standard of appliances and the subtle finishing touches which set the apartment apart from others.
Patio doors open up onto the balcony with its stunning panoramic views of the bay of Gulluk and overlooking the main pool.
Making your way downstairs you'll find two very comfortable bedrooms complete with fully fitted wardrobes and patio doors which open onto a small private garden.
The main bathroom includes built in shower cubicle and washing machine facilities. The master bedroom has a stylish en-suite bathroom complemented by his and her sinks and a full size bath with shower. Both bathrooms are fitted out to top European standards.
The apartment is just a minute's walk from the main pool, restaurant, shop and recreation area, which includes tennis courts, a basketball court, boules/petanque court and running track.

“Beautiful holidays at Horizon Sky Resort”
the residence is quiet, nice, well maintained and is situated on a hill with magnificent views of the sea. route to be reached is difficult but lets discover authentic places and surprises (herd of goats ...). several beaches (water very clear and warm) always everyone equiped are a 5 minute drive or shuttle. The main pools are very nice, clean and well equipped. (Sunbeds, jacuzzi ..). the shuttle boat to the small port of guluk is a delight on every trip and turns out more convenient for shopping or eating out ... the apartment is consistent with the description, bright, comfortable, well équipé.Andrew, the owner is very helpful and friendly. it is well located (person above) and oriented, we can lunch on the terrace at lunchtime without being too hot. air conditioning works well. wifi running. (some failures from time to time). the gym no longer exists and fallow land (pending development) outside the residence are worth noting. we had a great time, enjoyed every day by the pool and the beautiful beaches and discovered beautiful and picturesque places (lassos, gumusluck, bodrum ...) We recommend this apartment and certainnement when we return in the region will book again.

“Great Stay @ Horizon Sky”
This review is acurate at the time of writing it. Villa The villa is exactly as described on Holiday Lettings where we booked from, Andrew was very easy to contact and very helpful at all times. The A/c went wrong one morning, I emailed Andrew and by the afternoon someone had come to fix it and all was well again. The kitchen has all the basic utensils you will need unless you are planing some elaborate meal. The bathrooms are very nice and clean, never a problem with hot water (we were 2 adults and 2 teenagers). There is Wi-Fi provided by the complex which for the most part works fine, every now and again it's not working but it was no big deal. TV & DVD player which plays AVI's and has a USB slot and an SD card slot, I brought some movies (AVI format) on a disc as well as SD card just in case and was glad I did. Toaster, kettle etc.... The bedrooms are nice, beds are a little bit hard but again no big deal. Plenty of closet space for our clothes. Living room is comfortable. The balcony overlooks the main pool and has a sea view however there is an area next to the main pool which looks like it will be developed at some point but at the moment it kind of blights the sea view but certainly not worth complaining about. There was a blow up lie low in the villa which we used in the pool. All in all we were very happy with the villa. Pools The pools are clean and nice to swim in, we mainly used one of the smaller pools behind the villa as the sunbeds get taken quite quickly in the morning in the main pool. Some people went down and put towels on the sunbeds to reserve them (which is a bit cheeky really) and the management took the towels away, apparently it's a new policy they have from what I was told. There are quite a few big umbrellas to shade out the sun however some of them are in disrepair and could use some attention. Some of the decking is coming up around all the pools that we used and looks like it has been screwed down previously, I was a bit surprised that more attention wasn't paid to this as a few times I found screw heads sticking up. I pulled them out as a child could have gashed a toe on one. There is a pool table outside by the main pool but it's broken so not really sure why it's still there. There is also a childrens play are with slides which seems in good nick. On the whole though the pools are really nice and we spent alot of time there. Snack Bar There is a snack bar by the main pool as well as a restaurant where you can get snacks, drinks, ice cream, lunch and an evening meal. The food is just ok, for example the girls had a dessert one night which was dissapointing, A banana split was litteraly a banana sliced down the middle with a small scoop of ice cream, it really fell short of the mark. You can also buy milk, juice, bread etc from the snack bar but I would advise using the little shop on the road outside the main gate (not part of the complex) as the prices are much lower there. She only stocks basic goods and the problem is that she doesn't always have milk for example. She always has water though so we always bought 5 litre bottles from here to save having to carry it back on the boat from Güllük. It's really hit and miss as to what she will have on the day. There is also a fruit and veg market on Sundays up the road outside the main gate which is cheap and a good place to stock up, sometimes there is also someone selling cheese,bread , olive oil as well. You will need to learn how to count in Turkish as they don't speak any english. Beach Bar The Beach bar had only just opened when we arrived, at the begining they played awful club music WAY too loud which I think ruined the atmosphere but I guess enough people complained and they stopped doing that. The food isn't too bad there and there was a happy hour from 7 - 9 I think. It's very comfortable there, there are also some sofas and hammocks.The food there is ok and we ate there a few times but maybe it will get better with time, the Cappucinno for example was not very good but the Effes beer and other drinks were great . There is also a small beach there which we used one day but we prefered the pool. Staff Most of the staff are really nice people speaking varying degrees of english so it's worth knowing just a bit of Turkish however saying that we never really had any problem. Getting around If you want to get the ferry , you can ask at the snack bar for a car/mini bus to take you down or you can walk but in the summer it's very hot and it'a a bit of a walk down to the jetty so I would recommend getting a car to take you down. We did walk back one evening to the villa when it was cooler but it was a bit of a hike up the steps and the hill. When you come back with the ferry, if there are alot of people you will probably have to wait a few minutes to get a car as they can only fit so many people in the mini bus and they will have to make several trips back and forth to get everyone home but it was never a problem. Güllük There is a free ferry that takes you back and forth to Güllük at regular intervals and to do your main shopping you will need to go to Güllük. There are a few shops (Migros being the biggest one) where you can get pretty much whatever you want but it's worth knowing what certain things are called in Turkish as we struggled at times. Milk for example is called Süt. There are quite a few restaurants to choose from, we only ate at Fuegos and The Pide restaurant by the Migros. Pide is a kind of Turkish Pizza/Pitta bread with cheese and meat which is really nice. I would definately recommend taking a boat trip with Mehmet Dönmez, his boat is next to the ferry in Güllük. Mehmet is a great guy I you will have a fantastic time on his boat swiming, playing games, lunch etc and all for 30 Lira. There is a market on Thursdays which is worth a visit to get fruit and veg as well as spices, clothes etc. Varying degrees of english are spoken so definately worth learning some Turkish. Bodrum Bodrum is definately worth a visit, the bus ( Dolmuş ) goes from Güllük at regular intervals and costs 15 lira round trip. It takes 45 minutes and you will want to coordinate the return with the ferry back to Horizon Sky. The last very back is 12:30 a night, if you miss it , it's a 150 Lira taxi ride back to Horizon Sky. We got the 11:30 Dolmuş back from Bodrum and that got us back in time for the 12:30 boat back to Horizon Sky. There's loads of shops in Bodrum and you definately have to haggle the price down, don't just accept the price offered. There are loads of restaurants to choose from. There are beaches behind cafes which are free to use, we just bought some drinks from them. The water there is BEAUTIFUL!!!! so refreshing to swim in....there is a nice marina there worth seeing as well as the Castle. Money I would change some money on the way out and then change money in Güllük as you get a slightly better rate, there are also loads of cash point machines to use. I didn't see anywhere in Güllük advertising prices in Euros but that's not to say they wouldn't take them. Bodrum on the other hand advertises both. All in all we had a fantastic time and I'm sure we will go again, we met some fantastic people there (some owners and some renters like us).

Just returned from two week stay at Horizon Sky. The apartment was pristine - brand new fixtures and fittings, beautifully furnished and incredible sea view. The resort was clean and very well maintained with lots of sun loungers around the pool and incredibly friendly staff in the bar and restaurant. There is a free boat service to Gulluk several times a day and transport to beach etc. Dolmus bus to Bodrum was comfortable, reliable and value for money.
