Description

An ideal location for all the great Orlando attractions. If you want theme parks, play golf or relax or all three our superb villa is in a prime location. Only 20 - 30 mins from all the major theme parks, but there are many other local attractions you can visit the new Lego Land and Fantasy of flight are within a 15 min drive and are an excellent day out.

If you want to go further a field Tower lakes is an ideal position for all major roads, Kennedy space centre and Coco beach are approx (75mins) with Busch gardens (60mins) are easily accessible.

All the essential shops, fast food outlets, restaurants, banks and petrol station are just 2-3 mins down the road with Southern dunes golf course next door and other courses nearby.

Our villa is tastefully decorated with T.V.s in all bedrooms and D.V.D players in 2 main bedrooms. A 42" flat screen T.V. with DVD player and satellite TV are located in the main lounge and free WIFI internet connection is available.
A fully fitted up- graded kitchen with granite work tops has all utensils and a ice maker.

The garage has been converted into a well equipped games room which has pool table, air hockey, dart board and playstation with games.

Our villa comes with an extended decking area (not overlooked), screened heated pool and spa with (removable) safety fence to prevent access for small children. There is access to a bathroom from the decking area.
Our villa is on a gated community with a clubhouse and fishing/boating lake for guests use.

“Wonderful Holiday”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa. It was beautifully clean & well presented, somewhere to really relax after being out at the theme parks all day. It was handy for a choice of supermarkets & filling stations as well as various restaurants & takeaways. The safe in the villa was also a plus, knowing our passports, tickets & spare cash were secure while we were out. We would definitely recommend this villa, especially for a large family like ours. The 3 bathrooms were a godsend!

We all had a great time at the villa was every thing and more we wanted for are two week stay. Great location would defantly want to stay there again.Owners were great to deal with would and will be recomending this villa to family and friends thanks letting us use the villa.....ian& amanda 7

How do damage deposits work?
