Incredible ocean views, custom gazebo dining area at ocean's edge and your own stairs to the beach. If your not in shape for stairs, drive 1/2 a mile away to Sargaent’s bay for walk out beach access.

The “Beach House” has a “Great Room" for today's , new country kitchen with old growth wide plank fir flooring and new double pane windows, including 2 – huge new windows to enjoy the spectacular ocean views….

Outside, enjoy the therapeutic hot tub, dining table for 10 ($30 day to have heated and professionally serviced before your stay), BBQ, 3 decks and Adirondack chairs to sit back and enjoy the incredible views and peaceful serenity.

Inside enjoy the comforts & luxuries of a fine hotel with luxury mattress sets and linens, furniture, 3 TV's (55” in the great room) and a wood burning fireplace complete your getaway experience.

Sleeps 10: Main home - (1) King in the master (1) Queen (2) Twin Beds. Attached Guest Suite Addition (2) Queen Beds.

The “Beach House” is a romantic getaway or a perfect spot for a family reunion.

Situated 11 minutes from Sechelt. The home is on a secluded street off historic Redroof's Road in Halfmoon Bay. With Sargent's Bay Provincial Park, the Welcome Woods Market, Halfmoon Bay General Store, the Upper Crust Gourmet Store and the government wharf being a short drive away.

Booking Guest (s) are required to be at 25 years of age. The “Beach House” is not a party house. It is located in an upscale neighborhood of multi-million dollar homes and guests are required to respect the neighbors' peaceful enjoyment between 9:00 PM - 9:00 AM.

How do damage deposits work?
