Description

The Beautiful 1st floor apartment, with 15 sq.meters veranda is situated in the middle of summer resort of Kokkini Hani, close to amenities, ideal for couples or small families. Only 100 meters away from the sandy beach of the blue Aegean Sea. The apartment is fully equipped with kitchenette with rings, oven, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, tv, safety deposit box, washing machine, air-condition, Wi - Fi internet connection, shower, wc, hair dryer, private 15 sq.meters veranda with table and chairs.

We offer a family and hospitable atmosphere, giving priority to the best quality.

Bed linen and towels are provided.kitchenette and bathroom, furnished in a modern style. Guests may have use of the common garden, and at the same time be more private, using their 15 sq.meters veranda. Supermarkets are open until very late at night, for shopping. 7 days a week. The kitchen is equipped with whatever you might need in order to prepare meals and breakfast.

The location of the apartment is ideal for those who want to explore the island.

Local cuisine, with different dishes every day. Close to antiquities.

A water park with many different slides is 4 Klms away, ideal days out with children.

Crete Aquarium, one of the biggest building complexes in the Mediterranean, is 2 Klms away for those who adore marine world and want to explore more than 2500 individuals of fish and invertebrates.

Car/bike or bicycle rental companies are also close by.

Means of access :

By car: leaving the airport, turn right at the traffic lights, drive under the bridge,on the high way towards Sitia/Agios Nikolaos.After 8 Klms you will find a sign for Kokkini Hani. Turn right, drive parallel with the national road. You will see a bridge on your left hand side. Make a left turn, drive under it, and straight ahead, at the end of the road turn right. After 300m you will find a small church on your left. The apartments are situated just opposite the church, next to HALKIADAKIS super market, Aigialis apartments. By Bus: There is frequent bus service, from the airport to Kokkini Hani every 30 minutes up to 24:00 and the bus stop is opposite from the arrivals' exit. The bus stop in Kokkini Hani is 100 meters from the property, named Hatzis bus stop.Cost of the ticket is 2 euro per person.

There is public bus service every 30 minutes to Heraklion, East or West Crete. Bus stop is 50 meters from the apartment. You can contact us for a carhire quote.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
