Description

A lovely well maintained property lying in the centre of the traditional beach resort of Kokkini Hani. Ideally situated for both couples and families. It is within excellent reach of all supermarkets.shops,tavernas,bars and cafeterias and just 100m from the nearest of the many fine sandy beaches. The property has a lovely flowered garden. The apartment is fully furnished with all amenties to make a very comfortable stay. There is free parking available outside and the bus stop is just 50m away.

The large apartment is extremely well decorated and designed. It has a small fully equipt kitchen with cooking rings, a small oven,kettle,fridge , cutlery and cooking utensils. There is a bathroom with w/c and airconditioning units and heating are in rooms. The apartment has a very large private balcony with comfortable sunbeds and dining garden furniture.

In the local area there is the fine Cretaquarium and the Dinasaur Park and also the Watercity. (All appprox 3klm away). Kokkini Hani is renown for its excellent sandy beaches and good economical tavernas. There are travel agents in the resort who offer excursions to other areas of Crete as well as rent a car companies, pharmacies a post office, bakeries and general stores.

Getting around

There is an excellent regular bus service which connects the resort to all the resorts on Crete including Heraklion airport. The bus stop is 50 metres from the property.Tickets are purchased on the bus. We also offer a tour planning service and will be able to organise and book any excursions you require during your visit.

My sister and I arrived from New Zealand and we had 2 nights booked at Julie's Appartments but we ended up staying for 7 nights!! Julie gave us fantastic advice on sights to see and where to eat etc which were all perfect. We loved Kokkini Hani. Our Appartment was great especially our large balcony and it was perfect having the Supermarket right next door. Thankyou Julie, you made our stay a perfect place to be.

Nous avons passé douze jours magnifiques.Très bel appartement avec une grande terrasse ensoleillée toute la journée mais ou on peut manger a l'ombre.Les propriétaires sont supers agréables et nous les remercions pour leur gentillesse lors du petit probleme que nous eu avec les clés.L'appartement se trouve a cent mètre de la plage et il y a de très bons restaurants dans les environs.Nous le recommandons vivement.

El apartamento es amplio, luminoso, muy limpio y cercano a la playa, un supermercado al lado, y cafeterías y tiendas. El propietario muy amable, nos indicó perfectamente cómo llegar . Totalmente recomendable

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Julie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
