Why stay in a cramped hotel when you can relax in a Luxury Resort.1 BLOCK FROM WAIKIKI BEACH. Welcome to a (2) Bedroom Deluxe vacation condo occupying a front row at exciting Waikiki Beach Walk®. Enjoy the heartbeat of the city and the serenity of the seashore, just steps from your door.Every comfort enhances your island home. Accommodations are fully air-conditioned and complete with kitchen, washer and dryer, flat-screen television, DVD player, and whirlpool bath. Resort amenities add value to your investment and to your vacation and include an outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool spa, a recreation room with a pool table and table tennis, exercise facility, conference rooms and a business center that provided free wi-fi access.Our (2) Bedroom Deluxe Condo is approximately 1175 square feet. It is furnished with (1) king-sized bed in the master suite, two double beds in the guest bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living area, a full kitchen and a dining area that seats up to 8, two bathrooms, a jacuzzi tub in the master suite bath and a washer & dryer. Maximum occupancy is 8.Please note: we are the timeshare owners. You do not need to own anything to stay at our condos, and do not have to attend ANY timeshare presentations! This is a RCI Gold Crown Award Winning Property.Additional Information:The resort will collect a State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations tax (approx. $10.80/night). This is NOT included in the price quote you received from Shelby Resorts. This tax will be billed directly to you by the resort at the time of check-out. Valet Parking is the only parking available at this resort and is about $38.00 USD per day. There are NO additional taxes, resort fees or cleaning fees.

We are available 10:00am EST - 6:30pm EST daily at the office. If it is after hours and you have any emergency with anything please contact the number on our answering machine. The resort will undergo a project to upgrade the electrical and HVAC systems Oct.2018-Aug.2019. During this time noise, dust, odors and work crews on site can be expected and some areas of the resort may be temporarily unavailable. Additionally, some parking spaces may be blocked for staging purposes. Dates are subject to change.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
