Enjoy unique accommodations aboard the most popular sailing catamaran ever built, the Lagoon 380, right next door to one of Hawaii's most popular beaches, Ala Moana Beach Park. With views of Diamond Head and the Waikiki fireworks show.Our 38 foot catamaran "Lotus" is a blue water cruising catamaran located in Honolulu, Hawaii. Staying on a catamaran is by far the most comfortable way to live on the water! Our Lagoon 380 sailing catamaran is available for bareboat charter in Kewalo Basin Harbor, a cozy little marina perfectly located between Waikiki and downtown Honolulu, and graced with tradewind breezes, ocean and diamond head views. There is ample room inside and out on deck, Lotus has 3 cabins, a main salon and galley area, one shower and one head, a large covered cockpit and a large trampoline area to relax in and watch the Friday night fire works.You will have the yacht completely to yourselves you have access to the entire vessel. The boat will remain at the pier during your stay, however; underway chartered tours also available for $350.00/hour or you can check our site at ocean lotus cruises. There is a propane stove in the galley and a BBQ located in the cockpit for your cooking options. There is a shower and toilet onboard the vessel, however; we strongly advise using the private restrooms available at the marina since the holding tank onboard is small. Standup paddle boards are available for daily rental for use at Ala Moana Beach Park lagoon only.We will meet you upon your arrival at the Marina. We will walk you through the boat and explain how everything works (a must for the landlubbers). We live locally in Waikiki just minutes from the Kewalo Harbor, so we are always available for questions or assistance.Kewalo Basin is located in the Kaka'ako district, which is located perfectly between Waikiki and the Honolulu metro area. A short drive or nice walk can take you to downtown Honolulu to stroll the Aloha Tower, Fort Street Mall or view the Queen's Palace, while a short trip the other direction puts you in the famous Waikiki Beach. Kaka'ako is becoming a destination in its own right with festivals and markets occurring on a weekly basis; some of the many include: Eat the Street Festival, Honolulu Night Market, Kaka'ako Farmers Market. The largest New Years Eve celebration in Hawaii takes place at Kaka'ako Park. Directly next door to the Marina is Ala Moana Beach Park which is THE place for running, swimming, or stand-up paddle boarding.Getting around.The Oahu Transit system is very extensive, with buses running to every part of Oahu on a frequent schedule. There are also several private bus lines running from the Ala Moana Mall to Waikiki and back.Remember; this is a boat, not a 4 star hotel. As such you may encounter weather conditions during your stay such as heat, rain, or bumpy seas. So be prepared for a little adventure during your stay! If weather conditions become dangerous, i.e. hurricanes, tsunamis, you will be alerted and may have to seek other accommodations. In this case you will be refunded for the unused portion of your stay. Luckily, Hawaii is blessed with fantastic weather. There are also unique nuisances when living aboard a boat; most operations are a bit more complicated than at your house: the shower, the stove, the toilet all take a little getting used to...but this is all part of the adventure!

The cleaning fee covers cleaning costs upon check out.

There will be no cleaning service during your stay however the unit is stock with extra linens.

House Rules.While Marinas are great places to stay, you will be in close proximity to your neighbors. There is a great mutual respect among fellow yachters so please maintain the custom! Specific House Rules include: -No smoking onboard vessel. -No alcohol consumption allowed on the piers; please keep all drinks onboard the Vessel.-No pets. -Try to avoid use of the toilet onboard; there are private restrooms available at Marina.

How do damage deposits work?
