Get away from the city and spend some time in the country!

Welcome to our 5 bedroom house. This beautiful, updated farmhouse has all the modern amenities you would want in a country setting. Your family or group can spend quality time together in this spacious, private home located on a quiet, country road in beautiful Oro-Medonte. With a fenced in yard, sunroom and deck, and a magnificent view of the fields growing crops, this is a wonderful place to spend a holiday. And if you want to spend time inside, the house offers a comfortable living room with a large screen TV, a smaller family room with a cozy fireplace or head downstairs to the basement and play a game of air hockey!

Situated minutes from many amenities including Bass Lake Provincial Park, golf, swimming, boating, bike/hike trails, Burl's Creek Concert Venue, ice fishing, and both downhill and cross country skiing (Hardwood Hills, Horseshoe Resort, Mount St. Louis Moonstone). This beautiful farmhouse is at the gateway to cottage country. Horseshoe Valley Farm is a great place to stay to get away from the city to relax and rejuvenate.

In the winter, the farm offers ample room to park equipment (ie. snowmobiles, trailers and ski equipment) and enjoy the many winter opportunities that are available close by.

“AMAZING!”

We absolutely loved our stay at the Horseshoe valley luxury ranch Our renter Sheryl was extremely accommodating, she was just a phone call away and answered any queries we had in a timely manner. She was kind and forthcoming and left us to enjoy an amazing Canada day weekend stay. I will 100% rent again. All the towels bed sheets kitchen living was spotless clean spacious and welll kept home !!! She provided Free WiFi, passes for parks, bonfire love it all ~! AMAZING :) THANKS SHERYL WE HAD A BLAST!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sheryl (the owner) a message.

If Sheryl (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
