Description

A perfect vacation getaway in a privately-situated cabin in the Småland woods with private access to a beautiful and quiet lake near Vimmerby, Lönneberga, and Hultsfred. Free use of boat during your stay.

The two-bedroom green cabin was built in 1988. It is situated about 13 km from Hultsfred Centrum at a property called Brunsviks Gård.

Included in the rent is free use of boat and life vests ranging from weights 10kg to 90kg+.

In the cabin, you will find ammenities such as:

-SMART TV with channels 1, 2, 4, 6

-Wii with some games

-Toilet paper and kitchen towels

-Vacuum cleaner and other cleaning items

-Dishwasher

-Coffee Maker

-Electric kettle

-Microwave oven

-Toaster

-Electric iron and ironing board

-Washing machine

-Fireplace and firewood

-First-Aid Kit

It has it's own parking space. It has a private access to the lake with a dock where guests can sunbathe and swim with privacy. Guests can bring their bicycles, kayaks, boats and other equipments, EXCEPT jetskis.

Enjoy to its fullest the Swedish right to public access called Allemansrätten or "Freedom to roam". Anyone can go to the forest and pick blueberries, lingon berries, raspberries, and mushrooms among others during summer and fall. Enjoy waldeinsamkeit in the vast thick forest.

You can also take the boat out to the lake, go fishing, crayfish-fishing(requires fishing cards, contact us for info) and visit nearby small islands or just look at beautiful Swedish summer houses around the lake.

The guest/s takes care of housekeeping before checkout including taking out trash. If you do not have the time to clean or want us to clean, it can be arranged for a fee of 700kr.

Mobile coverage is quite poor but internet is available.

Smoking indoors and pets are not allowed.

The property is accessible only by private transport. It is 13 kms from Hultsfred Centrum and 27kms from Vimmerby Centrum.

I give my guests space but am available when needed. I will be there to receive you when you arrive and before you leave. If we can't meet you during your arrival or departure, I will provide instructions as to where to find the key and where to leave it. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Sitti Pia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
