Description

The apartment is on the 1st floor of this beautiful 72 apartment complex. You have use of 2 large swimming pools, 1 has a kiddies pool, with sunbeds and parasols.

The apartment is so well equipped, it's like a home from home. Modern furniture, flat screen sat tv, air con throughout, full cooker, washing machine, blender, toaster, microwave, all pots pans and utensils.

Large balcony to the rear of the apartment, which gets the sun until sunset.

If there is anything missing, that you normally need, we are on hand 24/7 to our guests, so we'll try to accommodate your needs.

The complex is in a very sought after area of El Kawther, which is minutes walk away from the ever popular Mamsha, Village Road, where you will find a myriad of cafe/bars, nightclubs, shops, bazaars, 5* hotels, water parks, beaches etc. All amenities are in the immediate vicinity.

The complex is staffed, and has 24/7 walled and gated security.

The other residents and owners are mostly British/European/Egyptian, and has a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

We can arrange all sorts of excursions for you, taking the hassle out of your holiday.

Airport transfers can also be arranged for up to 4 persons, for a total of £15 return.

On your arrival, we will take you on an orientation tour, so you know which direction to find shops, nightlife etc.

For the kids (young and old), the activities close by include: Aqua Park - Beaches - Water sports - Diving - Snorkeling - Fishing - Boat trips - Kite Surfing - Horse Riding - Go Karts - Golf - Tennis - Cycling - Desert Safari - Quad Bikes - Camel Rides - Cable Park for water-skiing - Bedouin Nights and so much more.

Takeaway shops: McDonald's - KFC - Pizza Hut - Gad - are all within 0.250km

If you are a lone traveller, this is the ideal complex for you, as everyone here is so helpful and friendly. Divers, it's really handy for all dive centres, being centrally located.

If you fancy visiting the ancient sites that Egypt is in abundance of, you are only 2km from the airport, 450km from Cairo, 305km from Luxor.

The coach station is only 10 minutes by taxi.

You can travel easily to Sharm by plane, only 20 minute flight, or by fast ferry (due to launch from 09.06.16), which is particularly good if you're having to get to Sharm via flights to Hurghada.

All you need to do now is book.

Mostly by local taxi and micro buses, although we can arrange a private driver if preferred. Most amenities are on your doorstep, or within easy walking distance.

Interaction with guest

We make ourselves available 24/7 for our guests, should they need assistance. We also arrange nights out, if they would like to join us, and meet other guests. If guests want to book trips, activities, or excursions, we can arrange these also, at very competitive prices.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
