At Al Ahyaa, just 15 min. Hurghada International Airport, 10 min. from the center of Hurghada and 10 km from the exclusive El Gouna, rent all year, apartment in a newly built resort of approx. 63, located directly on the sandy beach. In this coastal area, you will find a variety of colorful fish and turtles at the reef. Currently the resort is being completed, but easily accessible and a good part already Habitable. The clear blue sea is the backdrop to the private beach with sun beds and umbrellas. The resort has a bar / restaurant right on the beach. The apartment consists of: 1) double bedroom complete with air conditioning, three-door wardrobe, dressing table and electronic safe; 2) living room with a sofa bed, puff, TV 32 "with satellite, hi-fi surround sound system with the possibility of Bluetooth connection, USB, mini sd, line aux to play music and video, wi-fi (fee) , air conditioning and large windows with sea view balcony. The balcony has a wooden table and 4 chairs; 3) open plan kitchen overlooking directly on the large living room consists of 4 induction plates, microwave system, microwave, washing machine , electric kettle, water filtration and purification system and all the crockery and pots; 4) characterized by bathroom shower with floor drain equipped with hot and cold water generated by a system of solar panels, wc with integrated bidet, marble sink, mirror and purification system and water filtration, as well as face towels and body; the apartment also has iron and ironing board, clotheshorse with relative pegs placed on the balcony , Accessories and products for daily cleaning and products for washing laundry and dishes. The location is very charming and quiet, also within the resort and nearby there is the opportunity for kitesurfing, because there is a school that offers the possibility to rent equipment. Finally you can make various excursions, boating, diving, snorkeling, to motorate in the desert, etc ... In short, Hurghada is like defining the people themselves, the city that never sleeps. This is because the shops, pubs and restaurants, are open H.24 and the city is always on. It notes that a part of the resort is being completed. For info please do not hesitate to contact me. Unfortunately, due to some special rules here in Egypt, the Arab unmarried couples can not be accommodated in the same house. How do damage deposits work?
