About the Apartment

Mission Statement: To provide safe, relaxing and comfortable accommodation in the owner's holiday home at a reasonable price.

The apartment location has been carefully chosen by the owner as his own private holiday home. Factors taken into consideration were - closeness to the Airport after a long flight, close to two beaches, namely, beach 9 (Free) and Magawish Hotel Complex.

The location is in a quiet residential neighbourhood of private villas with a local mini market close by providing essentials. Close to Senzo Shopping Mall, Carfour, Ragabb, Betterways & Metro Supermarkets. On your way to the Supermarkets you will meet several locals who are friendly and welcoming. By staying in Magawish you escape the hassle and hooting horns of the yellow taxis. By calling Careem Taxis on your mobile app which Ali will install for you on your arrival when picking up the keys for apartment,to take you down town to Shereton Road and Marina for just 50Le (€2). In the Shereton/Marina areas you have a wide choice of restaurants and shops.

The Pool is ideally located outside the apartment door. Enjoy a relaxing time by the pool in the tropical sunshine, while you sunbathe you can pop inside for an ice cold drink or refreshments. Ali, the apartment manager, speaks fluent English and is available to organise and advise on trips such as:- (1) Sea Safari (2) Desert Safari (3) Diving/Snorkeling (4) Wind Surfing (5) Boat trips on the Red Sea (6) Trips to Cairo -Pyramids and Museum. (7) Luxor and Nile Cruises. (8) Giftun Island with its coral reefs and tropical fish with a meal and snorkeling on the way back. (9) Paragliding . Further information and details from Ali.

Satellite T.V(with Netflix), Free WiFi, Gas & Electric Cookers, Fridge, Washing Machine, Hair dryer etc.. Electronic Insect/Mosquito Killer. Battery Operated Light in case of short power cuts.

Utility Room suitable for clothes drying and storing equipment.

The pool area is ideal for sunbathing complete with two sun lounges, umbrella, table and chairs. It also contains a BBQ – ideal for a nice evening gathering with your friends.

My Apartment Manager Ali Elgzar is a fully qualified Tour Guide who speaks fluent English.

You can contact him on his mobile phone regarding outings or tours; general information and any issues that may arise during your stay.

There is no door control; so your friends can visit without any restrictions or questions being asked.

Special rate if booking for one month or more - contact owner.

The price you pay for booking this apartment is inclusive of the following, bed lines, fresh towels, gas, water, electricity, wi-fi, toiletries, cleaning materials, water cooler with large bottle of water provided. Special offers for guests who book for two consecutive weeks or more - 15% discount. Special offers must be agreed with the owner when booking.

Getting around

Getting into the centre of Hurghada will take about 15 minutes by car. While there is a supermarket - Carrefoure just about a 30 minute walk away (5 minutes by car), there is a very large European style shopping centre - The Senzo Mall- 3.5 kilometres further on, on the main Safaga dual carriageway. Two excellent supermarkets are quite close Ragabs and Bestways ,,both beside each other in El kawser

Interaction with guest

On booking, I will present you with Ali Elgzar's mobile number so that you can have direct contact with him. Ali will meet you at a mutually arranged place and time to hand over the keys and will give you an introduction to the apartment showing you how all the equipment works and assisting you in settling in. He is available 24/7 on his mobile if your require further assistance.. If you wish, Ali can meet you at the airport (no cost involved) and arrange transfer to the apartment. You will be responsible for the taxi fare only.

House rules

Co-habiting couples where the male partner is Egyptian, require an Orfi Marriage Certificate. Photoshots of ID and legally stamped and signed Orfi must be presented at point of entry. This apartment has no door control but it is safe and secure. Any issues that arise during stay must be referred to the owner through the website by the guest who booked the apartment only.
Airport pick up is a favour provided by the owner ,,,payment of taxi fares have absolutely nothing to do with reservation

How do damage deposits work?
