Description

Beautifully decorated two bedroom two bath unit on the 4th floor in the desirable Princess Condo building on Hutchinson Island. This unit was completely remodeled in 2015. Master bedroom has a king sized bed with wall to wall sliders overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. A walk in closet and a double sink bathroom vanity with tub completes the master suite. The master bath has granite counter tops, and new vanities. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a walk in closet. Second bath has been beautifully updated with granite counter tops and vanity. The kitchen has been totally updated with new granite and cabinets and is

complete with all you need from wine glasses to pots and pans and everything in between. Built in dishwasher, electric stove, microwave and refrigerator with ice maker are all new stainless steel. The unit also includes a stacked washer and dryer as well as a office area off the kitchen and a breakfast bar with 4 counter stools. Dining has seating for four to six. In addition there is a working wet bar for entertaining. Living room also has beautiful view of the ocean from the wall to wall glass sliders. The Living Room also has a queen size pull out sofa as well as a beautiful recliner. The Princess has been the premier condo in the area since it was built in 1984. The property is gated from the street as well as from the beach. The Princess is very well maintained. Common area includes a game room with ping pong and pool table, a social room with a HDTV and piano. This room also has a large bar to host parties and can be reserved by tenants. Our workout room has weight machines, treadmills, elliptical, and bikes, sauna and showers. Outside is a large heated pool and jacuzzi. There is a boce ball court, putting green and tennis courts. There is additional parking for boats and trailers across the street. All common areas are beautifully kept.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
