Description

This fantastic Villa Maximus is located just 6km from ibiza town, close to the famous restaurants KM5 and Cova Santa. Far enough to relax but close enough as a few minutes drive will bring you to Playa D´en Bossa Beach and Ibiza town and the exciting nightlife with world famous clubs like Usuhaia, Hí, Bora Bora, Pacha.

The gorgeous beaches are very close from the villa. Cala Jondal with Blue Marlin and Sa Caleta is just 5 Minutes away, playa d`en bossa just 10 minutes.

The spacious house consists of 3 differrent levels and disposed of 8 beautiful decorated bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dinning room. Outside you can relax on a very nice pool area with sundbeds and a seperate jacuzzi!

From the living room you have directly access to the BBQ area with large table to enjoy outsitde eating and relaxing.

The villa offers free wifi throughout and all rooms are fully air conditioned!!

 The villa is perfect for every type of holidaymaker, providing the ideal location for those seeking a relaxing family break through to large group bookings including hen/stag parties. Extra beds can be provided so that there can sleep up to 20 guests!!

House rules

- Please respect a moderate noise level, as there are local families living around.

- Parties at the proberty are strictly forbidden!!!. Keep the doors and windows shut to avoid police interaction.

- Do not play any music outside on the terrace, balcony or garden area.
If we get complains from the neighbors or police we will charge 500€ of the deposit

- Please respect that there are no more people allowed to stay in the Villa then the amount that has been booked.

“Great time in Ibiza”

We went with 16 people to ibiza and we had a great stay at Joes beautfiful villa. The villa has everything what you need for an comfortable stay and Joe was very flexible, helpful and friendly. Nice local bars, supermarkets, the next beach and playa d'en bossa are not far from the house. Thanks again!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Joe (the owner) a message.

If Joe (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
