Description

Playa San Marcos is a small quiet place with private beach, about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. A small merchant is located about 100 meters from the house. You can practice climbing on the mountain and water is possible. A small fishing port completes the picture, here you can also purchase some fresh fish in the morning. A number of small restaurants, food and drink, completes the picture. A bus stops about 50 meters from the house. The place is marked by locals and a few tourists. The apartment is fully equipped with everything that is needed.

Owner's reply: Leider ist der Name mir nicht bekannt, so kann ich schlecht Stellung beziehen. Heute ist der 4. Februar, so dass ich nicht weiß, wann der Urlaub gewesen sein sollte. Beschwerden bei mir oder unserem Betreuer vor Ort hat es während des Aufenthaltes nicht gegeben. Wenn mehr Töpfe benötigt werden, so hätten wir diese stellen können. Wir können natürlich auch nicht für jeden Mieter ein individuell passendes Bett stellen. Alle bisherigen Mieter hatten nichts auszusetzen, im Gegenteil wir haben im Regelfall 4 bzw. 5 Sterne bekommen. Tut mir leid, dass Sie nicht zufrieden waren. Wir können jedoch nur helfen, wenn man mit uns spricht. Hans

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Hans (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
