Description

Villa for 8 people, the blue house is located on the Ile-aux-Moines in the Gulf of Morbihan, 10 km from the town of Vannes. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, large terrace. Three stars (official classification Catering) Visit October 2015. Two keys (Clévacances) last visited January 2015. Partner of the Tourist Office of L'Ile aux Moines and Vannes Morbihan Gulf. A few minutes south of the town, 5 minutes from shops, everything is close and easily accessible. Recently built, the Blue House is a true vacation home. Claire, comfortable, with bright colors, it is easy to live and stay. Very well suited for children and equipped to accommodate two babies: two small families or large will be taking their ease, in peace. The plot of 1200 m2 will allow younger games and the rest of the great on the terrace or under the trees. Three bedrooms upstairs with bathroom and toilet are complemented on the ground floor, with an extra room, open to living with a privacy curtain, a bathroom and a toilet. The covered courtyard will house your bikes and other equipment. We lend you a cart, dragging behind or fix your bike, you have brought or rented directly on the island. Enjoy fiber: WIFI internet and your full speed for the whole family and the whole house !!

We will be there to welcome you and give you the keys. You can join us throughout the stay in case of problems, even if we do not live on the island tranquility assured, but never isolated. If we happen to be absent, we organize a local contact with a trusted person for the reception, assistance. And we are always reachable any way. You bring sheets and towels. If you prefer to rent them, simply to interrogate me. The beds are always equipped with mattress, sub-cases and pillowcases, duvet. You bring fitted sheets and duvet covers.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
