The apartment resides in a fabulous 5* location - landscaped to perfection and surrounded by beautiful scenery. It is the perfect destination to enjoy a luxurious holiday. It benefits from the use of 3 fantastic pools, one with a shallow area perfect for the children. With one double and one twin bedroom, the apartment is ideal for couples and families alike, with plenty in the direct vicinity and surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Apartment
The apartment is entered through a beautiful white marbled hallway and staircase. On entering the apartment you are welcomed by a sunny, spacious open planned longe/dining area fitted with all modern appliances.

Leading from the large living room and main bedroom are two spacious balconies with stunning views over the Taurus Mountains. Both are furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco and enjoy the beautiful surrounding scenery. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and well equipped to ensure a very pleasant stay.

The apartment also has two luxurious shower rooms, both with double size showers for added comfort.

The complex boasts a number of excellent facilities such as a flood lit tennis court , air conditioned gym, table tennis, 2 outdoor pools (largest with sectioned off children's pool), luxurious indoor pool with sauna and jacuzzi, children's play area, restaurant and pool bar (where wi-fi is available). In high season evening movies are shown daily at Four Seasons amphitheatre to keep children and adults entertained. These excellent facilities are completely FREE and available to Four Seasons guests only.

If you wish to venture further afield, excursions to many attractions can be booked through the staff at the pool bar on the complex.

The complex has the use of a FREE, fully air conditioned shuttle bus service which will take you to and pick you up from Kumkoy, the beach, Side, Migros (the supermarket) and Manavgat.

N.B - Pick-ups by the shuttle bus will no longer be made from the beach due to health and safety reasons, however there is a free bus which will take you to and from the beach.

This is a brand new complex, designed and built by the award winning CNBC Mecitoglu Homes who are locally renowned for their quality build and attention to detail.

With our 24hr security service you can rest assured that someone will be on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.

GOLF
The golf courses at Belek are only 25 minutes drive from the Four Seasons. It is a modern luxurious holiday centre and golfers paradise. Today with 6 Golf Clubs and 8 Golf Courses Belek is growing as one of the most popular golf destinations in Europe. Through joining the Side Golf Society you can enjoy reduced green fees and receive discounts in the restaurants and bars. The Society has contacts with all the courses to obtain good tee times throughout the year, and can provide transportation.

Members pay an annual subscription of 50 Turkish Lira to the Society and will receive regular updates and news about forthcoming events.

The golf season is October to March and so it is cheaper to play from April to September.

“Excellent apartment and complex”

Had a great 12 days in this apartment at the 4 Seasons complex. Apartment is in a good position with great views of Taurus mountains. It is well equipped, even has a dishwasher ! It has aircon in all rooms which was a must when we went in July. It was HOT !! Very handy having 2 bathrooms especially when with teenagers- Its a great apartment. Rebecca the owner is very helpfull and arranged transfers which went with no problems either way. The complex has a really big main pool which is very clean. Didn't use the gym because it was so hot (thats my excuse !) The free shuttle bus is handy. The staff at the pool bar are very pleasant and helpfull. Tips: Go to the Windmill restaurant and Market just outside the complex. Book any trips there, they are cheaper as they dont take any commission. Rafting was fun and only about £10 each (with Lunch) Also do good food at Windmill if you dont feel like cooking or going further afield. When you go into Side to eat, go after 8 as the streets are busier and you get less hassle from restaurants trying to get you in. Soundwaves Restaurant is very good. Appollo hotel- steer clear ! The last bus leaves from Side to Four Seasons at 9.30, if you stay later than this you can get a Dolmus back for 2-3TL each, the Illica Dolmus will divert to Four Seasons if you can make the driver understand where you want to go. All in all, had a great holiday and will definately go back sometime.

How do damage deposits work?
