Upon entering, you'll notice the unique layout of the home, comprised of a well-lit living room and kitchen with comfortable furnishings spread throughout the house. The chef of the group will delight when they see the fully equipped contemporary kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, polished marble countertops, and elegant flatware.

Relish in whipping up your favorite recipes in the company of your companions and loved ones while they relax at the kitchen bar area. When the meal is finished, choose to either sit at the charming dining room table or outside on the large furnished deck.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
