Istanbul Villa Riva will allow you enjoy pure luxury in a peaceful setting surrounded by native trees and foliage. This villa features five bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and all the conveniences of home.

Here is a large master king bedroom with bath and four guest bedrooms, one with a king bed, one double bed and two twin bedrooms. The spacious rooms throughout are beautifully decorated. The kitchen features refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, washer. There is a fireplace at the red room. Two exits from the villa allow entrance onto the Wrap Around Verandah complete with outdoor barbeque, tables, benches and chairs. You will be delighted with all of the comforts this villa will provide you with.

Villa Riva is truly where all your needs will be met.


In order to get to the property,upon you arrive at Ataturk International airport our transfer service department staff will meet you at the exit of the international arrival sector.

Your transfer vehicle take the highway for Fatih Sultan Mehmet bridge, cross over Bosphorus and drive along the foresty way to Villa Riva which is launched by the Riva river. Entire trip takes about 45 minutes and the distance between Ataturk airport and Villa Riva Istanbul is about 40 km.(appr.25 miles). If your arrival destination is Sabiha Gokcen airport which is only 35 km to Villa Riva.

Services:Guard/ handyman is always available on the property. Daily maid service, a cook or a vehicle can be arranged for.


Spacious rectangular territory with an 8 acres of greenland is full of fruite trees. A large garden is specially designed area is a kind of hobby garden where you can grow, pick up and consume the season's vegetables and fruites.The garden, which overlooks the riverside, is surrounded by centuries-old trees, and on the green grassy garden you will find a large swimming pool with a kind of lime stone. Its location is ideal for exploring all that Turkey has to offer!

The entire garden is brilliantly lit up at night by large, wrought iron lamps. A house for guard &gardener, and for maid just located at the backward of the main villa building.

High security walls surrounds the entire territory.Specially trained dogs guarding the territory day and night.In the large garden a fire place for barbeques is designed.


Building is arranged on two floors, entrance and the first floor.Each floor is offering its own unique arrangements of bedrooms,bathrooms,large living rooms and fuly equipped kitchen with every modern convenience: central heating, internet connection, satellite TV with all main Arabic and European channels and laundry service. For supreme confort, central heating in all rooms and air conditioning at the majority of the rooms are available year round.

The main kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher.

The expansive dining room can seat up to 12 guests and offers direct access out to the garden area. The 5 bedrooms are all exquisitely decorated in a classic, sumptuous,turkish style. One of the bed room which is adjecent to meeting/living room has a decorative fire place.

Needless to say, Villa Riva would provide a perfect venue for an intimate wedding, family reunion, or for a special birthday/anniversary celebration.

Villa Riva is 10 kms from Beykoz and Riva where there are excellent restaurants and other conveniences, and 16 kms from the highway exit. Centrally located, must-see places such as Kadikoy, Sile, Taksim and old town.

Included in the price: Daily maid service week (12 hours total), one set of pool towels/week, and 1 change of bath and linens during the week.

How do damage deposits work?
