"HOUSE WHERE THE MOUTINES MEET THE SEA» The villa, is called the "house where the mountain meets the sea" because of, in one house, can enjoy at the same time, the sea and the rustic mountain nature, this because the 1st floor is the pool area and solarium where you can get beautiful and warm "sun", in all seasons of the year, while it is possible to take advantage of the then existing pool, infinity, with a view to the ocean; In the 2nd floor is a relaxing lawn and some trees typical of Madeira, including fruit trees and a barbecue, which gives this place an exotic and rustic nature typical of a wood cottage. This house also has two bedrooms T2 (4 people) and the possibility to accommodate two more people in the room, young children or preference. In addition to the two bedrooms, it has three bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room, all with sea view, except for the bathrooms. This "sea and mountain house", located by the sea and there existing beach, we feel all the elements of nature, namely, the sun, the sea breeze, the ripple and stir the sea and contemplate the steep mountain and above can enjoy the unforgettable and wonderful setting of the sun, as well as be able to take advantage of the beautiful walks guests through the existing rails and taken, with several ups and downs, with lush and unique landscapes. Access to the sea and the beach and the promenade existing there, allows guests to take a dip, and may daily perform morning exercises or walks on the promenade (see photos). Notes: The house was built at the end of 2015, and was designed to have full functionality, simplicity and comfort, duly adapted to the needs of our guests, that is, with all the necessary conditions for a wholesome vacation. The parking of cars or car, can be performed on an existing public parking on site (see photos), although the house has its own parking for one car. There is also restaurant very close to the house, which serves fast food and take-away. House Rules: We hope to leave things clean as found. Turn off the lights when you go to sleep. Not to smoke inside the house, and if you smoke outside, please do not throw anything on the floor. (Includes linen bedding and towels and kitchen utensils) At about 1 km, ie about 5/10 minutes from the house, still lie other restaurants, banks, pharmacies, health centers, supermarkets (in the village Calheta and Prazeres), petrol stations and other bars. The house is distant from the city of Funchal, capital of Madeira, about 30 minutes from Madeira Airport, about 45 minutes, whose automobile circuit should be done through the highway, which constitutes an optimal via road. How do damage deposits work?
