This sizeable, classic villa for 8 pax with private pool is situated in Toscal area of Javea, safe and quite but only 5min driving distance to beach with busy bars & restaurants, supermarkets & other amenities. Very spacious 200m2 consists of 4 generous-sized bedrooms (air-conditioned) with 4 bathrooms, integrated over 2 levels with separate entrances. It offers privacy, views of the valley, sea and mountains, trees for shade as well as a beautiful, kidney-shaped pool and a jacuzzi. Family place

The space

Split on two floors, this perfect holiday villa in Javea is ideal for families. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, lounge / dinner and many terraces upstairs along with a further 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and lounge downstairs. Each with their own entrances and downstairs is suitable for wheelchair access. Outside we have a large fun swimming pool, jacuzzi upon request, water basketball net, Barbecue area and lots of chill out spaces.

The views of the local Montgo mountain and sea from the balconies are stunning.

Having been used as a family home for over 18 years you can be sure to feel at home and comfortable on your holiday.

Guest access

Guests can access all areas of the house and gardens except those that are locked off for private storage and service access.

Other things to note

A new gas kitchen cooker has been installed as on December 2017.

The price has been set for 4 people as standard. Any bookings for up to and including 4 people will reserve the upstairs part of the house **ONLY**. If you wish to have use the downstairs bedrooms and facilities but you are only 4 or less guests then please contact us for more details.

Getting around

There is on site parking for up to 5 cars. Public transport is a 15 minute walk to the closest Chinese Supermarket and runs frequently to the beach, port and old town of Javea.

House rules

- Bookings for up to and including 4 people will reserve the upstairs part of the home **ONLY**
- If you bring a furry friend please do not allow them on the sofas or beds.
- Smoking is only allowed outside of the house.
- 50 Euros extra is charged for the use of the jacuzzi per week.
- In High season Check out may be required by 9:30am and this is subject to confirmation. We will try our hardest to meet your check out time requests but in high season turn around is subject to availability.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Peter (the owner) a message.

If Peter (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
