STRV-19-347215. This is a 2 bedroom/2 bath, direct oceanfront corner unit with one of the largest lanais in Kona. It's located at mile marker 2.8 on Ali'i Drive. The unit was recently remodeled including kitchen, bathrooms, living & dining areas, and bedrooms. It sleeps 6 comfortably. It has windows on three sides lending to a bright, airy feel and boasts beautiful sunset & ocean views. It is steps from the most famous surf spot on the Big lsland - Banyans. You can spot dolphins, turtles, and whales from the lanai. There is a pool, jacuzzi, and barbeque area overlooking the ocean and the building is serviced by both stairs and an elevator, making it convenient for elderly and children. Getting around

A car is the best way to get around. There is a shuttle that runs from the Pier at mile marker 0 to the Sheraton Keauhou at mile marker 6 along Ali'i Drive. From 9-9 each day.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Kyle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
