Description

Villa Cynthia is a brand new property built in stone on the hill, with spectacular views of Kalathos Beach, only 5 kilometers from the famous Lindos. The villa consists of three bedrooms for a total of six comfortable beds, two bathrooms (one ensuite) and a bright living room with access to a large veranda; from all bedrooms and the living room, equipped with air conditioning with individual command, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the beach about 4 km, enclosed between the headlands of Karachi and Lindos. Villa Cynthia is built entirely of stone, to differentiate it from most of the houses on the island, maintaining a better heat insulation and a pleasant optical effect. Around the house there is a garden with fruit trees and large areas solarium with grass, next to its super complete barbecue area outside sink and oven for bread and pizzas can also be used in the evening thanks to the lighting. The house offers cozy interiors, with a large lounge with dining area for six people and a seating area with sofas three two places, small stereo system for listening to music, TV with satellite and CD / DVD player. An inimitable porch of over 50 square meters offers the opportunity to stay in the shade in the sunny summer days and to enjoy pleasant evenings sitting comfortably on the outside chairs beside the illuminated pool. Villa Cinzia has an inner surface of 100 square meters on one floor, with the living area comprising entrance, living room with fine sea views and fully equipped kitchen; The sleeping area is composed of spacious double bedroom with direct access to bathroom with shower, and two bedrooms with two beds each, in front of which there is a second bathroom with bathtub. All bedrooms have large closets and beautiful sea view and direct access to the veranda and pool. Outside you can enjoy the spacious porch composed of a seating area with sofa, armchairs and coffee table, a dining area with table and chairs for six people, and a large free area where to place the deck to enjoy the shade on board pool. On either side of 35 square meters swimming pool, there are two areas solarium with grass and plants, equipped with deck chairs for six people. Completing the villa a large parking lot for two cars and a covered barbecue area and also has a bread oven and outdoor sink.

Getting around

Villa Cinzia is on Kalathos hill, about 500 meters from the main road and the nearest bus stop; although Rhodes public transport provides good service and connect all parts of the island, renting a car it is strongly recommended for the holiday and live in freedom for the location of the house.

Interaction with guest

The guest is free to arrive at any time in the keys of Villa Cinzia will always be available within a key box by the door. The on-site service is assured by management that is responsible for cleaning and maintenance. The code for opening and contacts management will be communicated within one month from the beginning of the stay.

The best place we have ever stayed at in Rhodes .Beautiful villa and location for our 20th wedding anniversary,we can,t wait to return.Easy to find from the airport,we hired a car,but only 7euros taxi to Lindos or regular bus 10 minutes walk away on main road.Exellent supermarket nearby.We could not fault the villa in any way and the barbeque and pizza oven were excellent,even the friendly cats loved it.You will not regret visiting this place and its magnificent views.Paul and Jackie,Liisa and Simon.
